What is the CONJUSS Salary Scale?

CONJUSS covers judicial officers in the federal judiciary — from Magistrate Grade I through to Chief Justice of Nigeria (CJN). Judicial salaries are constitutionally protected under the Revenue Mobilisation Allocation and Fiscal Commission (RMAFC) and are reviewed independently of the general civil service structure. Judges receive generous allowances for housing, vehicle, and security.

For GL01–GL14 clerical/admin judicial staff. GL15+ judges receive official residence or 200% housing allowance under NJC provisions.

10% of annual basic salary

Covers electricity, water and telecoms for judicial staff
