What is the CONHESS Salary Scale?

CONHESS covers all health workers in federal employment except medical doctors and dentists (who are on CONMESS). This includes nurses, pharmacists, medical laboratory scientists, physiotherapists, radiographers, and health technicians. There are 15 grade levels. Figures were revised following the 2014 JOHESU agreement and again after the 2024 minimum wage adjustment.
