Abiodun Abayomi Oyebanji, popularly known as Biodun Oyebanji, is the Governor of Ekiti State, having been first elected on October 16, 2022 and re-elected on June 20, 2026 — becoming the first governor to win consecutive terms in Ekiti State history. Born in Ikogosi, Ekiti State on December 21, 1967, he previously served as Secretary to the Ekiti State Government under Governor Kayode Fayemi (2018–2021) and Chief of Staff to Governor Niyi Adebayo (1999–2003). He is a member of the All Progressives Congress (APC).
